HTC Wildfire comes with Android OS, v2.1 (Eclair), upgradable to v2.2 and Qualcomm MSM 7225 528 MHz processor, which is slow by today’s standard. It has support for both 2G and 3G Networks. HTC Wildfire has 3.2 inches TFT capacitive touchscreen with 240 x 320 pixels, Virtual QWERTY, 5 MP camera with 2592 x 1944 pixels, autofocus and LED flash and Video Player can play MP4, H.263, H.264 and WMV9 formats. HTC Wildfire has Push Email, HTML browser, 384 MB RAM,512 MB ROM, microSD card slot up to 32GB and Li-Ion 1300 mAh Standard battery with Talk Time Up to 7 hours 20 minutes (2G) / Up to 8 hours 10 minutes (3G) and Standby Time Up to 480 hours (2G) / Up to 690 hours (3G). The phone has Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP, microUSB v2.0, GPRS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, 3G data transfer speed of HSDPA, 7.2 Mbps and GPS with A-GPS support. Other features available in HTC Wildfire include Digital compass, Dedicated Search Key, Facebook, Flickr, Twitter integration, Google Search, Maps, Gmail, YouTube, Google Talk, Picasa integration and Voice memo.
